D.C. no hard feelings here,no need to explain i understand.our youngest son is 27 .rides a 750 gixxer,also responsibile,but.has that NEED 4 SPEED LIKE I SAID HAVE FUN.you could convert to chain drive,and play with gear ratios.personally i dont think its worth the effort.get rid of the air filter/replace with foam ,turn idle fuel mix.out at least 1 full turn,do the white spacer thing,change rear tire to 140/90/15.i think youd be happier with your savage,good luck.GIRO
